  1. Matt Paint-shareware.  Please distribute this program with its documents for free.  It is shareware so if you like it send in for a registered copy.  Upon registration you will receive a manual and the newest version.

  3. Matt Paint is a color paint program, so it requires Color Quick Draw.  If it is not available on you machine, Matt Paint will not allow you to continue.
